Payment: We accept cash, check, and Visa or Master card. A $35.00 service charge will apply to all returned checks. NO CHARGE ACCOUNTS will be permitted, except at owners discretion. A $30 service charge will apply to all orders unpaid after 30 days, and 2% late fees will apply on top of the service charge until order is paid in full. This includes, but not limited to, any order 30 days late from our notice to customer of finished product, even if product has not been picked up by the customer.
Products: We will order sample products for our customers, however, any product not purchased will result in a 50%restocking fee. Any customer who wishes to cancel the order will be charged any artwork fees, product fees, or other fees depending on where the completion of the order is. IE, if the product is ordered form the supplier, but not embellished, the customer may be charged restocking fees, or product fees. Any products embellished at the time of cancellation, will be charged to the customer.
We carry some product in stock. All products not in stock, take approx. 2 business days to arrive. All regular orders to our suppliers will be placed on Fridays. All rush orders will be placed the same business day, and a rush order fee will apply.
Fees: We charge a $35 one time set up fee to all first time orders. Any order placed thereafter using the same artwork will not be charged a set-up fee, unless changes are made to the design itself. This does not include changing colors on designs, with the exception of printed artwork, as long as the artwork remains the same.
Artwork fees may apply, this will depend on how much modification we have to make to the design.
Screen charges of $30 per screen will apply to all screen printed designs. We hold our screen for 10 working days after a customers products are completed. Any orders placed after the 10 working days, will be charged screen charges on the following order.
We keep almost all artwork on digital file for future use. Lettering and decal jobs are not always saved, depending on complexity of design.

Care Instructions
Vinyl- apply to clean, dry, surface in temperatures of 55-90 degrees Ferenheit. Smooth over surface using finger or credit card and remove tape. Do not wash for 72 hrs. Keep pressure washers back 2 ft. when washing. Direct sunlight will fade the vinyl over time. Ask about the lifespan of our different types of vinyl.
Heat Transfers- wash inside out on warm to cold water. Line dry, or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron image.
Embroidery- wash as normal. Do not wash with any item that could snag the embroidery. Do Not bleach.
